I am Nancy Schumacher a newborn, child, maternity and family photographer. I am based in Thompson, ND for my studio and also service Grand Forks and the surrounding eastern North Dakota areas. While I love photographing in studio I also love using the beautiful backdrop of the natural outdoors.

So excited when the film scans came back from the GATHER workshop. It was the most perfect backdrop in the Blue Ridge Mountains with the sweetest family.

Getting to meet and learn from @beatificvisionsphotography @marie.elizabeth.photo and @kaylamariphotography was such a wonderful experience. I can’t thank them enough for so generously sharing their talent and knowledge with us.
My heart is full, I’m feeling inspired, and now I’m anxiously awaiting those film scans. 🤍
