Beautiful little Scarlett came over for a visit and I was so happy to see her.  They don’t live close by here, so when they come for a visit, I love being able to photograph her! 🙂   She is absolutely adorable and her cute smile lights up her whole face.  And those gorgeous curls…oh my goodness…need I say more, perfect in every little way!
