the theme this week is labor and i am using this little guy who is standing in a sugar beet field.  sugar beet harvest is right around the corner and there is a lot of hard work and labor that goes into the beet harvest.  it is a round the clock operation that takes a lot of manpower and work to harvest all the fields of sugar beets.
